Terdapat banyak perisa antaranya Cappucino, Coklat, Mocha, Horlicks, Pandan, Rempah, Masam Manis, Peanut Butter, Cheese, Prune, macam-macam lagi.
Kek lapis ini tanpa pengawet. Boleh diletak di luar dengan suhu bilik selama 3 4 hari sahaja.
Tetapi jika anda bungkus dalam foil & simpan dalam peti ais, boleh tahan sampai 6 bulan.
